Weingut Pfaffl
The family-owned Pfaffl estate spans 110 hectares across the Vienna and Weinviertel regions. Led by siblings Heidi and Roman, Pfaffl works with respect for the terroirs and grape varieties, adopting the least interventionist approach possible in the winery.
The Pfaffl estate offers most of Austria’s iconic grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Grauburgunder for whites; Saint-Laurent and Zweigelt for reds; as well as international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.
