Today, Château des Ravatys has been taken over by Jean-Claude Lavorel, a passionate entrepreneur from Lyon who fell in love with the château.
The Château des Ravatys team works daily to express the high quality of this terroir with a vineyard that is converting to organic farming. The work in the cellar is carried out in accordance with Beaujolais traditions, and the different plots are vinified separately to reveal all their unique characteristics.
