Today, Château des Ravatys has been taken over by Jean-Claude LAVOREL, a passionate entrepreneur from Lyon who fell in love with the estate.
The team at Château des Ravatys works daily to express the exceptional character of this terroir through a vineyard currently transitioning to organic farming. In the cellar, winemaking is carried out in accordance with Beaujolais traditions, and the different plots are vinified separately to reveal their unique characteristics.
