Wine Making

This wine is produced through semi-carbonic fermentation of destemmed grapes, with a vatting period of 11 to 12 days at a temperature between 28 and 31°C, in order to extract sweet tannins and bring out the minerality of this wine, which is typical of the Côte de Brouilly terroir.

About the estate:

Didier Lagneau, an eighth-generation winemaker, took over the family estate in 2018. He manages this estate, which began with 4 hectares of vineyards in the late 1970s and is nestled in a quiet valley in Quincié. The vineyard now spans 19 hectares. A (very) safe bet for Côte-de-Brouilly and Régnié wines.
