Little by little,he has expanded his estate by acquiring new vineyards in the Juliénas appellation, andtoday he cultivates 11 hectares. He offers three cuvées—all red wines—that regularly win awards: Chénas Vignes de 1939, Juliénas Les Cerisiers, and his flagship cuvée, Juliénas Probus.
Respectful of the environment around him, Pascal Aufranc relies on patience and observation to make the best decisions in the vineyard. By prioritizing sustainable vineyard management, he seeks to let nature take its course, allowing the terroir to express itself fully and reflecting that unique character in his wines.
