“The 2010 Juliénas La Conseillere, crafted by Vincent of Château Fuissé, beautifully illustrates the maturity and concentration of this vintage, without being overly warm. Aromas of ripe red fruit and peony give way to notes of strawberry, rhubarb, and raspberry, on a palate marked by a slight bitterness and a briny finish. Although I'm not really a fan of Beaujolais wines, this one still managed to surprise me, especially with its lovely finish.
