After years of experience in the Beaujolais region and having stepped back from Maison Piron, Dominique Piron could not shake his passion for his beloved terroirs. So in 2020, he reclaimed his 35 hectares of vineyards and returned to the role of winemaker after having served as a wine merchant, driven more by a desire for "quality" than for "quantity." The result is wines with an extra touch of soul, full of finesse and precision.
