After years of experience in Beaujolais and retiring from Maison Piron, Dominique Piron couldn't give up his passion for his beloved terroirs. So in 2020, he took back his 35 hectares of vines and returned to being a winemaker after working as a wine merchant, with a desire for "better" rather than "more." The result is wines with extra soul, full of finesse and precision.
