Dominique Piron, after years of experience in the Beaujolais region and having stepped down from Maison Piron, could not shake his passion for his beloved terroirs. So in 2020, he reclaimed his 35 hectares of vineyards and returned to the role of winemaker after having served as a wine merchant, driven more by a desire for “the best” than for “more.” The result is wines with an extra touch of soul, full of finesse and precision.
