Owned by the Lafont family for several generations, this estate perched on the Bel-Air hill overlooks the Ardières Valley: blue granite buildings constructed in 1849, vaulted cellars, and a 23-hectare vineyard with plots across five crus. I tasted it with a platter of cold cuts and found it to be perfectly balanced, with pronounced red fruit notes and a lively mouthfeel.
