Gimarets Castle
Nathalie and Eric Boyer cultivate 3.75 hectares of vines, averaging just over 65 years of age, in Moulin-à-Vent using biodynamic methods. They tend a single contiguous plot at the foot of the château, on granitic soils derived from crumbly pink granite. With an annual production of 12,000 bottles, they remain a small, intimate estate, with wines aging in the property’s 17th-century cellars, in a Moulin-à-Vent style built to stand the test of time.
