Nathalie and Eric Boyer cultivate 3.75 hectares of vines that are just over 65 years old in Moulin-à-Vent using biodynamic methods. They farm a single plot at the foot of the château, on granite arenas made of crumbly pink granite. With an annual production of 12,000 bottles, they remain a small estate, with wines aging in the property's 17th-century cellars, in a Moulin-à-Vent style that will stand the test of time.
