Mellow, powdery tannins, full-bodied, mineral, with notes of kirsch, cherry, and raspberry (reminiscent of Bandol), rich, structured with subtle spices, pinot-like, long and complex finish.

About the estate:
A small castle built in the 17th century and completely rebuilt in 1810. Éric and Nathalie Boyer bought it in 2007, along with its vineyard: 3.8 hectares of high-density planting, exclusively Moulin-à-Vent.
