Clos des Lunes

Clos des Lunes is led by Olivier Bernard, an ambassador for Bordeaux wines, who also heads the Domaine de Chevalier. 

The vineyard stretches 40 km south of Bordeaux, in the heart of the Sauternes region, an iconic appellation now renowned for its legendary sweet wines. It is on these exceptionally rich terroirs that Olivier Bernard and the teams at Domaine de Chevalierhave chosen to craft three great cuvées of dry white wines: La Lune d’Or, La Lune d’Argent, and finally La Lune Blanche.

These exceptional wines thus share a multifaceted terroir, shaped by the richness of its soils: deep, airy gravel near Sauternes, red clay around Barsac, all enriched by a magnificent clay-limestone substrate.

Today, Olivier Bernard’s expertise and passion have made Clos des Lunes a blend of elegance, character, and balance in its unique dry white wines, all cultivated through sustainable farming practices.
