Clos des Lunes

Clos des Lunes is run by Olivier Bernard, ambassador for Bordeaux wines, who is also at the helm of Domaine de Chevalier. 

The vineyard stretches 40km south of Bordeaux, in the heart of the Sauternes region, an iconic appellation now known for its legendary sweet wines. It is on these rich terroirs that Olivier Bernard and the teams at Domaine de Chevalierhave decided to produce three great dry white wines: La Lune d'Or, La Lune d'Argent, and finally La Lune Blanche.

These exceptional wines share a multifaceted terroir, thanks to the richness of the soils that compose it: deep, aerated gravel not far from Sauternes, red clay around Barsac, all enriched by a magnificent clay-limestone substrate.

Today, Olivier Bernard's expertise and passion have made Clos des Lunes a combination of elegance, character, and balance for its unique dry white wines, all produced using sustainable farming methods.
