Château de Lugagnac

Château de Lugagnac is located on the highest ground in the Bordeaux region, within the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, on an exceptional terroir composed of limestone fossils and iron-rich clay, giving its wines a unique character.

The Château de Lugagnac estate spans 180 hectares and is divided between vineyards, woods, and meadows. The vineyard has been managed using sustainable farming practices for over 11 years, with a total commitment to biodiversity. Regularly awarded prizes, the wines of Château de Lugagnac have earned it a most enviable reputation. Produced from selected plots and harvested "green" with controlled yields, the red Bordeaux Supérieur from Château de Lugagnac is well-suited for aging. Composed exclusively of free-run wine bottled no earlier than after two winters of aging, Château de Lugagnac’s wine is a very pure and deeply colored wine.
