Château de Lugagnac is located on the highest lands of the Bordeaux region, within the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, on an exceptional terroir composed of limestone fossils and iron-rich clay, giving its wines a unique character.

The Château de Lugagnac estate spans 180 hectares and is divided between vineyards, woods, and meadows. The vineyard has been managed using sustainable farming practices for over 11 years, with a total commitment to biodiversity. Produced from selected plots and harvested "green" with controlled yields, Château de Lugagnac’s red Bordeaux Supérieur is easily a wine "for aging." Made exclusively from free-run wine bottled no sooner than after two winters of aging, Château de Lugagnac’s wine is a very pure and deeply colored wine.
