Château de Seguin

Château de Seguin covers 173 contiguous hectares, 95 of which are vineyards. Its current appearance dates back to 1780, when it was built, featuring two pointed towers and long, narrow cellars. The history of Château de Seguin is actually much older, as one must go back a thousand years, to 780 to be exact, to find traces of the Count of Seguin, an administrator under Emperor Charlemagne. A very long noble history is thus tied to this land, and the impressive number of its buildings shows that the estate has always been dedicated to agriculture, livestock, and wine.

The terroir of Château De Seguin consists of a mosaic of soils typical of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine-growing region. The numerous and spacious cellars allow for optimal conditions during vinification, aging, and maturation of the wines.
