Château de Seguin

Seguin Castle
The Château de Seguin covers 173 hectares in a single block, including 95 hectares of vineyards. Its current appearance dates back to 1780, when it was built with its two pointed towers and long cellars. The history of Château De Seguin is in fact much older, dating back a thousand years earlier, to 780 to be precise, when we find traces of the Count of Seguin, administrator to Emperor Charlemagne. This land therefore has a very long noble history, and the impressive number of buildings shows that the property has always been dedicated to agriculture, livestock, and wine.

The terroir of Château De Seguin consists of a mosaic of soils typical of the Entre Deux Mers wine-growing region. The numerous and spacious cellars allow for optimal working conditions during the vinification, aging, and maturation of the wines.
