Les Charmes-Godard Castle
In 1988, Nicolas Thienpont, already owner of Château La Prade and Alcée, purchased Château Les Charmes-Godard, a rare estate that produces only dry white wine. The vineyard, covering more than 5 hectares, benefits from predominantly clay-limestone soil with loamy soils on marl subsoils.

The teams take care to use the techniques used in the production of the great white Bordeaux wines, such as yield control, debudding, leaf removal, thinning and green harvesting. It is one of the pillars of the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux appellation thanks to its quality. Indeed, the wines of Château Les Charmes-Godard are of rare intensity and liveliness.
