“Deep in color, this wine offers a powerful nose with aromas of spices, toast, cooked fruit, and morello cherries steeped in brandy. Already at its peak, the palate captivates with its roundness, fine tannins, sun-kissed fruitiness, and a licorice-tinged finish. Simple and generous, it’s best enjoyed without delay alongside meat in sauce or black pudding. ” (Hachette Guide 2026) - With Merlot as the dominant variety, this red Graves is perfect for any occasion!

About the wine:
The deep color hints at a powerful nose, with aromas of spices, toast, cooked fruit, and morello cherries steeped in brandy. Already at its peak, the palate charms with its roundness, fine tannins, sun-kissed fruitiness, and a licorice-tinged finish. Simple and generous, it’s best enjoyed sooner rather than later with meat in sauce or black pudding. 2025–2028
About the estate:
Created in 1977 through the merger of several small estates, this Graves wine estate was purchased in 1997 by Isabelle and Grégoire Gabin, who restructured and expanded it, broadening its range of wines. It now covers 20 ha.
