About the wine:
The 2025 La Tour Carnet is magnificent. Aromatic and wonderfully lively, with striking purity, the 2025 is truly impressive. It is one of the most elegant and refined vintages I have tasted here. I have long admired La Tour Carnet, particularly for its aging potential. The 2025 truly seems to mark the beginning of a new era. Aging is expected to last about 14 months, with 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks, wooden barrels, and concrete tanks. What a delight.

About the wine:
The bouquet has a lovely fruity intensity with inviting notes of raspberries and blackberries, followed by a hint of cinnamon and licorice sticks. Slightly creamy on the palate, the wine stands out for its linear and elegant character. It is rather slender, yet perfectly supported by velvety tannins and refreshing acidity. It seems to me that we are returning to the style of Tour Carnet wines that helped establish its global reputation, such as the 2001 vintage, for example. An elegant, mouthwatering, and refreshing wine! 2028–2040
