Château Lanessan

Bordering the prestigious Saint-Julien vineyards, everyone agrees that Château Lanessan boasts an exceptional 350-hectare estate, 85 hectares of which are planted with vines. A true family saga, the Bouteiller family has owned the estate for eight generations. To breathe new life into the estate in the 2000s, they enlisted the help of Eric Boissenot, a renowned consultant for the great wines of the Médoc, and entrusted the management to Paz Espejo, an oenologist from Madrid. Over the years, numerous changes have been implemented: the installation of an optical sorting system worthy of the finest estates, a commitment to the environment with the attainment of the HVE label, and a stylistic evolution of the wines. Château Lanessan offers a style that combines harmony, elegance, and richness.
