“Siaurac has long produced ‘nice’ Lalande-de-Pomerol wines, and the 2015 is worth exploring. It offers a sensual, fruity bouquet with plenty of black cherry and blackcurrant, though these notes do not dominate. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins. There are a few layers of new oak that still need to integrate, but there is enough fruit to make that happen. The finish reveals seductive notes of truffle and white pepper that lend a lovely salinity.” (Wine Advocate 2016 – Robert Parker) Delivered in a wooden case for any order of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding “Point Relais” delivery method)

The aromas are fresher than they were during the en primeur tastings. The tannins also have more energy.

Forty hectares of vineyards are planted in this part of Néac, where Siaurac harmonizes with the enveloping smoothness of well-structured tannins.
