Wine rated (2026 guide) 93-94/100
Rated 2 stars (A solid, recommendable wine, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the wine:
Dominated by Cabernet, with ripe, refined tannins. The precision of the fruit and the quality of the texture enhance the wine’s overall elegance. A fine achievement.
About the estate:
Patrice Pagès skillfully manages a single vineyard of about 40 hectares, planted on slightly clayey gravel soil. The wines are generally austere and reserved in their youth but gain elegance over the years.

About the estate:
This estate, founded in the 18th century, took on its current name in 1843, when Maître Dupré, a solicitor at the Bordeaux Court of Appeal, purchased the property. Spanning 43 hectares on a beautiful terroir of Pyrenean gravel, it has been owned by the Pagès family since 1970.

Selected Wineries (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all the wineries listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the pinnacle of French winemaking.)
About the wine:
Continuing to improve, this estate has produced its most accomplished vintage to date. The wine stands out for its harmony and precision, with a distinct and inviting fruitiness. Balanced and easy to drink, it emphasizes finesse and elegance, offering a clear and appealing expression of the vintage.
About the estate:
The Fourcas-Dupré vineyard is planted in a single block on a beautiful gravelly hill. The estate, expertly managed by Patrice Pagès—now supported by his brother Ghislain—produces a classic Listrac: firm, somewhat austere, sincere, and impeccably straightforward in expression. While the wines take time to develop, they retain their qualities over time, and prices remain reasonable. A new, more modern approach to winemaking is underway, and the latest vintages are promising.

Yves Beck
Wine rated (2026 guide) 91-93/100
About the wine:
Subtle notes of fresh wood, black cherries, and blueberries, followed by a hint of peppermint. Silky on the palate, the wine displays a tight character, though its tannins are rather velvety. It is likely the structure that underpins its temperament! A wine of character that will, hopefully, blossom during its aging. 2029–2045
