Château La Raze Beauvallet is located in Civrac-En-Médoc, north of Saint-Estèphe. The vineyard spans 41 hectares and is easily recognizable by the charming turret that adorns the 19th-century building. The Sourice family works every day to bring out the richness of this terroir. This dedication paid off in the 1950s, when Château La Raze Beauvallet was classified as a Cru Bourgeois.

The estate was ultimately confirmed at this level in the 2009 reclassification. Recently, the owners have undertaken extensive renovations to refurbish the barrel cellars and install a stainless-steel fermentation facility, as well as more modern winemaking equipment. In this way, the Sourice family—which has led the estate for several generations—is adapting to changes in the wine industry to fully express its expertise. Thanks to their efforts, this prestige cuvée offers a lovely bouquet of blackcurrant and gingerbread aromas and a long finish.
