Grown on gravelly-sandy soil, this Saint Emilion expresses notes of red fruits and wild berries. The attack is round and supple, with very refined tannins. After 10 months of aging in vats, it retains its freshness and delicious fruitiness. It pairs well with roasted meats or soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
