Château Moulin Delille

The Ollier family has been at the helm of Château Moulin Delille for five generations. Located in the heart of the Médoc, 60 km from Bordeaux, this estate covers 31 hectares in Saint-Estèphe, 25 of which are in a single block.

In 1984, Christian Ollier inherited the family vineyard, which at the time covered 10.5 hectares. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot are planted there on gravelly and clay-limestone soils. The vineyard and winery are managed using traditional, meticulous methods, with the help of his daughter Coralie.
