Château Moulin Delille

The Ollier family has been at the helm of Château Moulin Delille for five generations. Located in the heart of the Médoc, 60 kilometers from Bordeaux, this estate spans 31 hectares in Saint-Estèphe, 25 of which are contiguous.

In 1984, Christian Ollier inherited the family vineyard, which at the time covered 10.5 hectares. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot are planted there on gravelly and clay-limestone soils. The vineyard and winery are managed in a traditional and meticulous manner, with the help of his daughter Coralie.
