Château Moulin Delille

The Ollier family has been at the helm of Château Moulin Delille for five generations. Located in the heart of the Médoc region, 60 km from Bordeaux, this estate covers 31 hectares in Saint-Estèphe, including 25 hectares in a single block.

In 1984, Christian Ollier inherited the family vineyard, which at the time covered 10.5 hectares. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot are planted on gravelly, clay-limestone soils. The vineyard and cellar are managed using traditional, meticulous methods, with the help of his daughter Coralie.
