Château Moulin Delille

The Ollier family has been at the helm of Château Moulin Delille for 5 generations. Located in the heart of the Médoc, 60 kms from Bordeaux, this property covers 31ha in Saint-Estèphe, including 25 in a single block.

In 1984, Christian Ollier inherited the family vineyard, which at the time covered 10.5ha. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot are planted on gravel and clay-limestone soils. The vineyard and winery are managed with the help of his daughter Coralie. All these elements make Château Moulin Delille wines a benchmark of elegance and quality.
