La Rame Castle
Château La Rame has been owned by the Armand family for eight generations and has been managed by Angélique and Grégoire Armand since 2009. Its vineyard faces south, on clay-limestone slopes and fossil oyster beds from the Tertiary period. The average age of the vines is 45 years. Château La Rame mainly produces sweet white wines under the Sainte-Croix du Mont appellation, but also a dry white and two reds under the Bordeaux appellation. The reputation of Château La Rame has earned it a place on the world's finest tables, including the Nobel Peace Prize dinner.
