Château Roustit is a family-run winery whose history dates back to before 1943. Since then, the 16-hectare estate has been managed by Mr. Dubourg. The white wine vineyards cover an area of 9 hectares within the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont appellation. The soils are clay-limestone and gravelly.
The grapes at Château Roustit are harvested in successive passes, and the harvest is done by hand. This sweet white wine has a light, golden color and a delicate bouquet of exotic fruits, mangoes, and citrus, with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a delicious freshness and a pleasant, lingering finish with hints of linden blossom.
