Château Roustit is a family-run estate dating back to before 1943. Since then, the 16-hectare estate has been run by Mr. Dubourg. The white grapevines cover an area of 9 hectares in the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont appellation. The soils are clay-limestone and gravelly.
The grapes at Château Roustit are harvested manually in successive stages. This sweet white wine has a clear, golden color and a delicate bouquet of exotic fruits, mangoes, and citrus with subtle spicy notes. It leaves a delicious freshness on the palate and a pleasant aromatic finish with hints of lime blossom.
