Domaine Michel Colbois

Domaine Michel Colbois is located in Chitry-le-Fort, in the heart of the Auxerrois region. Michel Colbois has been producing wines there since 1970, carrying on a long family tradition, and was joined a few years ago by his son Benjamin.

The Domaine Michel Colbois vineyard now spans 20 hectares of vines planted on Kimmeridgian limestone marl soil typical of the region. The wines of Domaine Michel Colbois are made from Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated using sustainable farming practices.

Domaine Michel Colbois wines are produced in the Chablis and Burgundy appellations and beautifully reflect the minerality of their terroir of origin.
