Domaine Michel Colbois

The Michel Colbois estate is located in Chitry-le-Fort, in the heart of the Auxerrois region. Michel Colbois has been producing wines here since 1970, continuing a long family tradition, and was joined a few years ago by his son Benjamin.

The Domaine Michel Colbois vineyard now covers 20 hectares of vines planted on Kimmeridgian limestone marl soil typical of the region. Domaine Michel Colbois wines are made from Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated according to sustainable principles.

Domaine Michel Colbois wines are produced in the Chablis and Burgundy appellations and perfectly reflect the minerality of their terroir of origin.
