Mâcon-Bussières
Located in the heart of Val Lamartinien, Bussières is situated in the south of Mâconnais, at the foot of Monsard on the hillsides bordering La Petite Grosne, opposite La Roche de Vergisson. The Mâcon-Bussière vineyard covers 130 hectares on the northern and southern slopes of the commune. The wide variety of soils allows for the production of a wide range of wines. Mâcon-Bussières is available here in two colors. The siliceous-granitic soils are ideal for the Gamay grape variety used in red Mâcon-Bussières . The clay-limestone soils mainly produce Chardonnay for white Mâcon-Bussières. Among the different soils, there are also marls from the Triassic period, as well as clay-siliceous soils.
