“Winemaker Anne has always believed that the wine from La Croix Blanche—a vineyard site located directly across from Les Grand Epenots—is unique, and for many years she has chosen to bottle it separately from her other Pommard village wine. The richly aromatic 2022 Croix Blanche, which has always been one of my favorites in her lineup, offers brilliant elegance while retaining the power of Pommard. 2024–2035” (Decanter 2023)

About the wine:
The 2022 Pommard La Croix Blanche includes 10% whole clusters at the top of the vat. It has a delightful bouquet; these stems add a slight peppery note. The 35% new oak is perfectly integrated. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine offers supple tannins and a slightly velvety texture on the attack, but it has good body with a pleasant savory finish. A bit rustic, but full of charm. 2026–2036
