"This Pommard Premier Cru is a true ode to the terroir: a great wine with immense aging potential!"

"The magnificent 2022 vintage features the characteristic aromas of ripe, pure, and succulent black fruits, with subtle structure and freshness. Powerful, certainly, but without excess and with a touch of elegance. Les Epenots consists of two vineyards, Les Grands Epenots and Les Petits Epenots. These are the first vineyards you see on the right as you leave Beaune and enter Pommard. Les Petits Epenots are—you have to love the French—larger than Les Grands Epenots! Parent owns plots in both, prefers the wine from Les Petits, but says that marketing something so “small” is a nightmare, so his wine is a blend of the two. 2024–2050” (Decanter 2025)
