Rontets Castle
After belonging to the priest of Fuissé, a wine merchant from Lyon, and several lawyers, the Rontets Castle was sold to Mr. Varambon in 1858. Since then, the property has remained in the same family, and it is now Claire, François Varambon's great-granddaughter, and her husband Fabio Montrasi who manage the farm.

The vines, which are the result of mass selection, have been cultivated using certified organic methods since 2005. Located on the border between Burgundy and Beaujolais, Château des Rontets produces three Pouilly-Fuissé wines and one Saint-Amour wine.
