Rontets Castle
After having belonged to the parish priest of Fuissé, a wine merchant from Lyon, and several lawyers, the Rontets Castle was sold to Mr. Varambon in 1858. Since then, the property has remained in the same family, and it is now run by Claire, the great-granddaughter of François Varambon, and her husband, Fabio Montrasi.

The vines, which are the result of mass selection, have been cultivated using certified organic farming methods since 2005. Located on the border between Burgundy and Beaujolais, Château des Rontets produces three vintages of Pouilly-Fuissé and one vintage of Saint-Amour.
