The red Santenay, produced from several plots in the village, has a deep color, obtained after maceration for 3 to 4 weeks and aging for 18 months in oak barrels. Its charming nose delivers aromas of black cherry and spices. The palate is powerful, marked by robust tannins. A cuvée with character!
