Domaine Quintessa

The vineyard, now cultivated organically and biodynamically, covers more than 160 hectares of vines divided into a beautiful variety of grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Carménère.

In order to preserve the purity of this great terroir, each grape variety is harvested by hand, then vinified and aged separately. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be aged for up to 24 months in French oak barrels before being blended for bottling. The Quintessa estate then stores the wines in its cellars for nearly 12 months before marketing them worldwide. This exemplary attention to detail throughout the winemaking process has made Quintessa one of the iconic wines of Napa Valley.
