Wine rated (2024 guide) 93/100 (An outstanding wine)
About the wine:
Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Trépail, and Vertus, the 2015 Cuvée des Princes Blanc de Blancs reveals aromas of candied lemon, spring flowers, honey, acacia blossoms, and spices, interwoven with delicate pastry notes. Medium-bodied to full-bodied, round, charming, and enveloping, it offers beautiful depth on the palate and a long, ethereal, and ripe finish with notes of orchard fruits.

About the wine:
This is a full-bodied, rich Chardonnay champagne with a robust body and very fine bubbles. It is full-bodied and very flavorful, without being heavy. It displays an unusual lightness for such an opulent wine. It reveals pronounced aromas of baked apple and pie crust. Best enjoyed with a meal. Not suitable as an aperitif. Only 5,000 bottles produced. Best enjoyed now.
