Run by Rudy and Nathalie Hutasse, this estate—founded in the 1930s—boasts an 11-hectare vineyard around Bouzy, a renowned Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims. Two years ago, it made a name for itself with a non-vintage brut that was named Favorite.” This 2002 vintage may not have won a crown, but it has earned just as many stars as its predecessor and received high praise.
