"Signature wine"

“This is a blend of grapes from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs and the eastern edge of the Montagne de Reims. It is ripe, with mellow acidity and a distinct minerality, as well as hints of toast and spice. Enjoy now.” (Wine Enthusiast 2022)

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2025 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

Developed by a cooperative group in Champagne, this brand celebrated its 60th anniversary this year and offers a range of well-structured champagnes thanks to multiple sources in more than sixty crus. The cuvées give pride of place to Chardonnay in all its diversity, and the arrival in 2020 of Joëlle Weiss as oenologist has made this a brand without weakness. The Mosaïque range offers beautiful expression, while the Alpha cuvée, with its delicacy, perfectly illustrates the house's DNA.
