Nose
Fresh and delicate, with subtle floral notes (acacia, honeysuckle) enlivened by hints of mint. Chalk and citrus (citron) emerge on the mid-nose.
Palate
Clean and crisp, then building in intensity to blend tension and minerality. Purely aromatic with a hint of lemon zest. A lovely, lingering finish supported by a dense, refined, chalky structure.
