Bruno Paillard Champagne
Bruno Paillard, a “small but prestigious young Champagne house,” was founded in 1981. The first Bruno Paillard Champagnes were produced in a rented cellar using grapes purchased from carefully selected winegrowers.

The vineyard has grown gradually and now spans 32 hectares (divided into nearly 70 plots: Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Vertus for Chardonnay (36% of the total); Bouzy, Verzenay, and Les Riceys for Pinot Noir (35%); Hautvillers, Cumières, Reuil, Damery, Festigny in Pinot Meunier (29%), including 12 in Grand Cru villages. It supplies approximately half of Maison Bruno Paillard’s needs. This supply complements grape purchases made from independent winegrowers—loyal partners—in more than 30 villages.

The vineyard manager, Mathieu Pingret, practices sustainable viticulture in accordance with Maison Bruno Paillard’s quality standards. The Bruno Paillard style is a blend of elegance and complexity: this style is characterized by a light and creamy effervescence, remarkable purity, genuine freshness, and a silky mouthfeel.

Today, Bruno Paillard produces 400,000 to 500,000 bottles per year, more than 75% of which are exported to some thirty countries—primarily in Europe, Asia, and North America.
