gastronomy

This new cuvée from the Pascal Lejeune estate captivates from the very first whiff, with its intense, complex, and delicate aroma. Aging the still wine in barrels for several months lends it a rounder texture while preserving the freshness and minerality of a champagne. Its fruity and full-bodied palate, with dominant notes of mandarin and spices (cinnamon, ginger), makes it a true champagne for fine dining.
