On the palate, it's elegant, refreshing and very tasty right through to the finish. (Les Meilleurs Vins de France - Gault Millau). Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated (2015 guide) 14/20 (Good wine)
Domaine rated (2015 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the wine:
Red fruit on the nose and palate, with a benevolent flow.
About the domain :
This small Bouzy-based company produces only grand cru champagnes, apart from the rosé, which is still a premier cru! Of course, the bulk of our supplies come from Bouzy, with additional chardonnays from Avize and Cramant.

About the wine:
Domaine founded in 1907 and run since 1992 by Marie-Thérèse Bonnaire: 6ha between Bouzy, grand cru de noirs, and Chouilly, grand cru de blancs. The brand pays homage to the grandfather, and the cuvées are produced by Jean-Louis Bonnaire, the winemaker's husband, who also harvests in Cramant. (RM)
Pinot noir dominates (80%, complemented by Chardonnay) in this elegant rosé blend, with its scents of candied fruit and orange zest, both rich and fresh on the palate.
