The Pierre Mignon estate spans 16 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. Sixty percent of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Meunier, 30% with Chardonnay, and 10% with Pinot Noir. In
a true collaborative effort, Pierre and Yveline Mignon, who lead the house, are supported by their children: Céline, who handles business relations, and Jean-Charles, who oversees production.
