Champagne Pierre Mignon
Based in Breuil for five generations, the Mignon family has been crafting Champagne in the traditional style, primarily from Pinot Meunier. The Pierre Mignon estate spans 16 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. Sixty percent of the vines are planted with Pinot Meunier, 30% with Chardonnay, and 10% with Pinot Noir. In
a true collaborative effort, Pierre and Yveline Mignon, who lead the house, are supported by their children: Céline handles business relations, and Jean-Charles oversees production.
