"A harmonious blend, perfectly balanced, for the pleasure of the moment!"
"This Brut is once again a true classic! Brioche nose, open but still refined. Fresh on the palate, with a noticeable but well-integrated dosage and toasted notes that reflect prolonged aging on the lees. Beautiful character of fresh red fruits, its structure reflects its 50% Pinot Noir content. The finish is lively and creamy. A true return to prominence for this historic house. It has everything you would expect from a non-vintage Brut aperitif: balanced, tangy, indulgent and energetic, with a price that remains reasonable." (La Revue du Vin de France 2024)

Rated estate (2025 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, those who are the pride of French vineyards)
About the estate:
The patient work carried out by the teams at the house since Christopher Descours took over the brand in 2011 has borne fruit in spectacular fashion. His young cellar master, Émilien Boutillat, is skillfully ensuring continuity of style and sparing no effort to bring even greater consistency to a range that clearly displays its gastronomic ambitions. While the non-vintage Brut still needs to gain depth, the rest of the range has now reached a remarkable level of precision, particularly in the Essentiel collection, which comes highly recommended.

About the estate:
The Descours family, who have owned the estate since 2011, are constantly striving to improve its quality. Cellar master Émilien Boutillat is committed to maintaining a fresh style, while developing the depth and length of the wines. While the non-vintage brut remains very consensual and generously dosed, the other champagnes presented this year are precise and long-lasting.
