Attention: Champagne merchant/distributor (ND) I can confirm that this champagne is very green and tart on the palate.... Meh, I'm pretty disappointed with this champagne.

A very green, very vinous champagne, with a rather tart taste. You have to like it.

With their rich, wine-like character, the Pinot grapes dominate, making this champagne ideal both as a dining wine and as an aperitif

Fine bubbles... no acidity... well-balanced... reasonably priced. A wine to enjoy again and again.

It was a bit harsh at the start of the tasting, but that mellowed out as the meal progressed. It was better the next day.

Great value for the price. The generous amount of whole-grain flour adds a touch of originality.
