The Muscat du Cap Corse Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) covers the northern part of Cap Corse and the Nebbio region. The Muscat du Cap Corse AOC features a sedimentary, clay-limestone terroir with schist soils and benefits from a Mediterranean climate strongly influenced by the sea and the winds.

The Muscat du Cap Corse AOC produces highly aromatic Natural Sweet Wines (Vins Doux Naturels), ranging in color from light yellow to light amber, which are rich and highly complex, ranking among the world’s finest Muscats. Muscat du Cap Corse wines are made from the Muscat à petits grains grape variety. Producers such as Domaine Yves Leccia and Domaine Antoine Arena help introduce wine enthusiasts to the nobility of Muscat du Cap Corse wines.
