“A clean, toasty nose with rich, complex aromas of lemon and lime. The palate is fresh and crisp, with even more lemon, lime, and toasty notes that lead to a well-structured, lively finish.” (Decanter World Wine Awards 2016). In a blind tasting, it will surprise more than a few sparkling wine enthusiasts...

Nothing beats a good Italian Prosecco... as far as I'm concerned, grape varieties aren't for dummies! Or is it the winemaker?

Cava remains a fairly neutral sparkling wine. Aging does not seem to improve it.

The nose has strong citrus notes, particularly lemon. The palate is very dry. It’s more thirst-inducing than thirst-quenching!
