“A clean, toasty nose with rich, complex aromas of lemon and lime. The palate is fresh and clean, with even more lemon, lime, and toasty notes that lead to a well-structured, lively finish.” (Decanter World Wine Awards 2016). In a blind tasting, it will surprise more than a few sparkling wine enthusiasts...

Nothing beats a good Italian Prosecco....As far as I'm concerned, grape varieties aren't just for show! Or is it the winemaker?

Cava remains a fairly neutral sparkling wine. Aging does not seem to improve it.

Very lemony citrus aroma. Very dry on the palate. It’s more thirst-inducing than thirst-quenching!
