Nothing beats a good Italian Prosecco... As far as I'm concerned, grape varieties aren't just for show! Or is it the winemaker?

Cava remains a fairly neutral sparkling wine. Aging does not seem to improve it.

The nose is very citrusy, with strong lemon notes. The palate is very dry. It’s more thirst-inducing than thirst-quenching!
