Agricola Falset Marca

Bodega Agricola Falset Marca was founded in 1999 when the cooperatives of the villages of Falset and Marca, in the south of the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, joined forces. It brings together the best wine producers in this Spanish province, cultivating some 380 plots that are among the most renowned in the Priorat region, the birthplace of the Montsant Designation of Origin.

The Bodega Agricola Falset Marca vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate with continental influences, with hot, dry summers and rather cold winters. The vines are generally grown on small terraces with a subsoil dominated by slate combined with stony aggregates. This very particular terroir requires meticulous work on the part of the winegrowers to bring out its best expression. An expression that can be found in the Etim label, which guarantees the optimal, uncompromising quality that Bodega Agricola Falset Marca constantly strives for.
