"Step into the world of the Barbier family with this 100% Grenache Noir, a perfect blend of elegance and richness!"

"The shift that began in 2022 is even more noticeable in the Sindicat La Figuera 2023, especially after last year’s experiment with an earlier harvest to preserve more freshness. This year was even more extreme, and the wine is more voluptuous, with a decadent, fruity nose, featuring abundant notes of beeswax and honey mingled with aromas of ripe berries and flowers. It is expressive and slightly heady at 14.5% alcohol, and it has a rich, juicy palate with very fine tannins. [...] 2025–2028” (Robert Parker 2025)

About the wine:

The shift that began in 2022 is even more evident in the Sindicat La Figuera 2023, especially following last year’s experiment with an earlier harvest to preserve more freshness. It comes from one of the areas that suffered the most; the soil dried out and many plants died. The wines are therefore concentrated due to lower yields, which was very difficult, a situation that worsened in 2024. 2025–2028

About the wine:

Of excellent quality, it is full-bodied and lively, with generous notes of spicy red berries and orange peel, and a lovely tension thanks to its acidity. Despite its energetic and full-bodied structure, it has a smooth texture and an aging potential of 8 to 10 years. 2025–2035
