TheReal de Asualwine made its debut with the 1994 vintage and each year paystribute tothe passion andhardwork of the founding brothers. Its grapes come from the CVNE"Carromaza" vineyard, located in theRioja Altaregion in the Spanish municipality of Villalba. Covering 2.37 hectares, the 100% Tempranillo vines are grown at an altitude of 600 meters. Sheltered from the cold and wind by the mountain slopes of theSierra de Cantabria, the grapes benefit from aunique climatethat is ideal for their development.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand by the vineyard, and are sorted twice before being placed in vats.Real de Asuais aged for 12 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
