Bodegas Lar de Paula

Bodegas Lar de Paula is a family-run estate managed by Fernando Meruelo, who also runs Bodegas Heredad de Baroja. Located in the center of Rioja Alavesa, in the village of Elvillar de Alava, Bodegas Lar de Paula is protected to the north by the Sierra Cantabria and flourishes on the fertile Ebre valley to the south, where the region's climate ensures a supply of quality grapes from the best local winegrowers.

Bodegas Lar de Paula was created with a single objective: to make a great wine with the finest grapes through a process in which excellence is the main concern. Temperature controls, stainless steel vats with a capacity of between 12,000 and 30,000 kilos, and meticulous and attentive monitoring at all stages of vinification ensure that the wines are of the highest quality.
