Rating: Robert Parker 90/100
“The 2008 Liberalia Cinco is slightly less precise on the nose than the 2006, but more full-bodied, with notes of plum, blueberry, and blackcurrant, along with hints of citrus and balsamic vinegar. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with firm tannins that are perhaps not quite as refined as those of the 2006. Imposing, this Cinco seeks to distinguish itself from the highly acclaimed 2005 and 2006 vintages, though it does not quite match them. Best enjoyed by 2022” (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)
