An average wine. Not very complex, but with a pleasant fruitiness.

An easy-drinking, ripe wine that doesn't come across as overly oaky (even though the vanilla comes through on the finish). At this price—and considering the bottle's exotic design—it's a nice find.

Of course, it's not a grand cru, but it's still a pleasure to drink! The tannins are quite present but fairly well-integrated, with lovely, rich fruit that's just as delicious as you could hope for.

The presentation (the label) is really nice. It sets the right mood for a good meal with friends. The wine itself is okay—nothing special.
