Pago Casa Gran

The 110 hectares of vineyards on sandy and white clay soils are cultivated using certified organic farming methods and feature local grape varieties such as Grenache, Monastrell, and Malvasia, as well as other Mediterranean and international varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Gewürztraminer. 

Through a perfect balance of modern technology and traditional—sometimes even ancient—practices, the Pago Casa Gran estate aims to create world-class wines rooted in exceptional terroir and fruit quality.

The Pago Casa Gran estate’s wines, bearing the protected designation of origin (DO) Valencia, are thus crafted using 100% indigenous yeasts, undergo natural fermentation, and are aged in barrels or left unaged.
